AARRGGHhhh!!!!

I can't believe im gng back to SGH!! yah babeh, holidays are over and now ure back to werk, werk, werk!!! Man...feels like just yesterday i had my holday. Feel so half hearted to go back SGH....so lazy. This time I'm posted to ward 55B. It's a Urology ward where u will find most patient with urinary system problems. Most of the cases are like Benign Prostate Hypertrophy(BPH), kidney/bladder stones, tumors and many more. I bet u guys might be wondering wat the hell is BPH rite?? Only the men will get it coz only THEY haf prostate(for those who doesnt knoe tat, now u knoe!!). So wat happen is their prostate gets bigger(thats y they call "hypertrophy") which adds pressure onto the urethra and does preventing the flow of the urine. So this men will haf symptoms a weak stream urine, feeling of not fully emptied bladder, frequency of hvaing to pass urine and many more. "Benign" just mean non-cancerous so u guys dun haf to go panicky. So when the doctor do a DRE test ( tats means teh doctor will insert his finger into ure asshole and feel the walls of it), they can feel a hard lump on the anterior side of the wall. THAT IS URE ENLARGED PROSTATE!! But pls, dun try this at home. U dun want to lose ure "second virgin".

Anyway, enuf of all the infos, todae was kinda slack. There's not much things to do coz the cubicles i'm in-charge of only haf 2 patients in total. So, was spending most of my time loitering around and day dreaming. The staff nurses says tat at this time of the month we wont haf many patients due to the festive season, so the doctors will usually try to send those less serious ones back home and moreover, i dun think they wan to stay in the hospital during Christmas. Only 1 thing spoiled the whole sacking idea thingy. Our lecturer wants us to do a presentation on one nursing care. AARRGGHHH!!! Thats not fair!! Where's the season to be jolly??? Where's that "falalla-lallaaa-lalla-lallaaaa"??? Man, she's really no fun. She's like the old scrooge. Should start calling her tat already.....

Got home todae was so damn tired. I cant believe loitering around also can make someone tired. Haf to start searching some infos on my presentation already. We're doing nursing care on "bladder washout". It's used to wash ure bladder. So wat happen is they will introduve Normal Saline into ure bladder and drain it into a urinary bag. But of course bear mind, in order to do so they haf to insert a tube(which they call "catheter") into ure meatus first(tat is the part where ure urine comes out, go and explore!!). So next lesson we will talk more about ure private part. Pls read up ure book. kekeke.....
