yes...my whole body is aching rite now. For the first time, n at last, i manage to step into the gym. Thought for a beginner i just wan to go slow on myself. But in the end i ended up getting myself a personal trainer and we had to do a "minor version" of NAFA test, just to see where we stand. HAH!! as usual, i'm the "unhealthiest" among the rest. My fat percentage is 35%!! ARGHH!!! that's bloody fatty man....
So all we did todae was 1.6km run(which i could barely do), some stretching and more stretching. I didn't knoe there's so many methods of stretching.....all i wan is to reduce the amnt of fats on my lower half. I just hope i'll haf enuf determination for tat. All i need is to lose 1kg to motivate myself then i can lose more....
I'm so bloody damn fat.
