I lay in bed alone and cry,
And here is why i wished to die.
I breath in words of critics and abuse,
I breath out hopes of merriment and dreams.
I see those faces that tied me down,
I see them here, I see them there.
I swallowed the fact that u hate me now,
I swallowed it hard, i swallowed it down.
And I drank those venoms that u spat out,
For I'm just a slave, a drudge, a villein.
I'm showered with the icy cold of your stare,
But then again, how could it be?
Coz u didnt even turn and look at me.
If this is what is meant by Life,
It sure is doesnt feel alive.
If this is what Life is teaching,
Then Life is not good at leading.
