The burger king's kids meal are giving out spongebob squarepants figurine. I MUST COLLECT ALL 20 OF THEM!!! If any of u guys happen to buy the kids meal n doesnt wan the toy, please please please do not throw them away. Just mail it to me ok!! Obviously i can't be eating 20 sets of burger king's kids meal(moreover i'm on a diet), so yah, pls be kindly enuf to donate the toys to the poor little girl here. *smiles*


My parents went for a free health check up at my community centre. They always haf it every once a month i think....but only todae then they decided to go for it. Probably because they woke up this morning with a missing tooth. Anyway, when i take a look at their result slip, i was quite shock!! My mother's BP reading is 230/120. That is bloody damn high!! That is the reading for a hypertension pt!! For her age, a nomal reading should be less than 140/90. Now can u see the huge difference??!! But my mother so far is not diagnosed wif any diseases. She's totally disease-free, but wif a reading like tat, she's about to make herself the doctor's bestfren.


Maybe it's because of anxiety. Maybe she was just too excited or stress so tats y her BP shoot up. To be diagnosed wif a hypertension u need more then just a high reading u see. There are other sign n symptoms such as blurred vision, terrible headache..etc. Since she doesnt haf all tat, so i guess she havent reach tat stage yet n still can be "repaired". She just haf to try n change her lifestyle n diet. Now tat we are not in talking terms, it's kinda difficult for me to advice her on wat kind of food is good n bad, n also to bring her out for an exercise. I dun knoe....maybe this is the turning point for both of us to start back on our mother-n-daugther relationship. Imagining her if a disease actually scares me...
