IM BACK!!!!

okay...i THINK i'm back. my monitor just MAGICALLY re-appear after got kidnapped by my beloved father a month ago. Since it's back, i thought of updating all my delayed updates, then i realize that it will take me FOREVER. so here's a summary of my previous month. If u wan more detailed, can go to my dear susu's newly upgraded blog. I'm veri sure she will update everi single event in detail. Anyway most of our entry are about the same..kekke

*1hr later*

There's really sumting wrong wif my blogspot. I cant upload any pictures now...ok watever. i'm gng to switch blog anyway. since the bloody think is not werking, so i'm just going to skip my updates to 4th November 2006.

My holidays are over. Now it's attachment period. I'm currently in OT attachment. In case some of u dun understand, OT stands for Operating Theatre. Yah, the place where they cut ppl up, mess up ure organs before sticthing it back. Kinda interesting ah. We had to change into the OT gown n put on the cap n mask even before entering the theatre. The shoes u're wearing are not allowed to be in at all. U haf to change to another "clean" pair of shoes. So each time if u wan to go out of the theatre to buy food or wat, u haf to change into ure normal uniform n footwear first before gng out. Then change back into ure OT suit if u wan to come back in. Get the idea now?? yah i knoe..veri troublesome. Thats y almost everyone is having instant noodle for lunch for this whole week. All becoz we are lazy asses.

Todae i get to be the scrub nurse! U knoe on tv, they always haf this person standing at the side of the surgeon, handing him the instruments n wiping off the sweat on his forehead....yah thats wat i'm supposed to be...minus the wiping of sweat lah coz tat doesnt exist at all in the real life theatre. Of course there is a senior scrub nurse beside me guiding me throughout the whole procedure. It was a repair of the inguinal hernia...a veri minor procedure though, tats y i get to do it. I feel like a murderer to haf blood stains on my gloves n holding on to the object they use to cut him up. haha....

ONly 1 thing that these ppl haf to improve on. They're courtesy n manners. Seriously, when i pass out as a staff nurse, i will never treat my student nurses like them. We are there to learn, not to make ure self esteem higher by shouting at us. N moreover, we only enter the OT ONCE in 3 yrs...of course u dun expect us to knoe ure daily duties. Even worse, questions will be answered wif a sinister remark or a high tone voice or even better, a glare before shouting at u the answer. Maybe they themselve need a reconstruction of the brain.

Left another 2 more days in OT before going to the A&E....hopefully in A&E it will be a better experience for us.
